When windows does not load your laptop will start to boot freeze or may even offer up messages such as operating system not found, safe mode, windows\system32 is corrupted and many more messages. the repair is quite time consuming but not fatal. the data can usually be rescued. The hard disks needs removing and the data will require backing up. however there may have been a virus on the laptop that caused the failure. If you are on the internet care must be taken on whatever you click on. Be very carefull as whatever you click on while on the net will determine your health of the operating system on the computer.
